Concrete Jobs in Beaver County and Pittsburgh
Ultimate Concrete Service is hiring concrete finishers, general laborers, and CDL drivers. Call (412) 983-3445 or apply on this page. Beaver, PA 15009. PA HIC# PA196507.
Ultimate Concrete Service has been pouring concrete around Beaver County and the Pittsburgh area for more than 25 years. Dave Felouzis runs the company and runs the hiring, so the application you send on this page lands in front of the person who actually makes the call.
Crews start at 7am. The work is outside, it is physical, and the weather does not cooperate. In exchange you get real trade skill that nobody can take off you, on jobs that change from week to week instead of the same slab over and over.
Open Positions
- General Laborer (Concrete Laborer): Entry point to the concrete trade. No experience required, but you have to show up and work.
- Concrete Finisher (Cement Mason): Flatwork, stamped, and decorative finishing across Beaver County and the Pittsburgh area.
- CDL Driver (Equipment Hauler): Hauling skid steers and equipment between the shop and job sites. Local runs, not over the road.

Frequently Asked Questions
- Do I need experience to get hired?
- Not for the general laborer seat. That is where most people start, and if you show up on time and pay attention you learn the trade on the job. The concrete finisher seat is different, that one needs hands-on finishing experience. The driver seat needs a CDL.
- How old do I have to be?
- 18 for laborer and finisher work. The CDL driver seat requires 21, because runs cross into Ohio and interstate CDL operation has a hard 21 minimum under federal rules.
- What time do crews start?
- 7am. Concrete is a morning trade, and once a truck is scheduled the day does not move. You need a reliable way to be at the shop or the job site on time.
- Do I need a resume?
- No. The form asks everything we need. If you do have one, upload it, and a photo of a paper resume taken with your phone works fine. We shrink the image for you so it sends.
- What kind of work will I actually be on?
- It changes. We run driveways, sidewalks and steps, patios, stamped and decorative concrete, retaining walls, pool decks, fire pits, garage floors, concrete repair, and commercial slabs. You are not pouring the same thing every day.
- Where are the job sites?
- Beaver County and the Pittsburgh area mostly, plus Allegheny County towns and work west into eastern Ohio around Youngstown and East Liverpool. If you are worried about the drive, say so on the form and we will talk about it.
- Can I apply for more than one position?
- Yes, and plenty of people should. Check every box that fits. A finisher who can also haul equipment is more useful than either one alone.
- How will I hear back?
- Your application goes straight to Dave Felouzis, the owner. If it looks like a fit he will call the number you give us. Mornings are the best time to catch us if you want to follow up.
