1. Acceptance of Terms
Use of https://www.ultimateconcreteservice.com constitutes agreement to these terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the website.

3. Services Provided
Ultimate Concrete Service provides concrete driveways, sidewalks and steps, patios, stamped and decorative concrete, retaining walls, pool decks, fire pits, commercial and industrial concrete, concrete repair and resurfacing, garage floors and structural slabs, excavation, sealing, and related concrete work in Western Pennsylvania.
4. Estimates and Pricing
Estimates are free and valid for thirty days from the date issued. Estimates are based on conditions observable at the time of the site visit. Unforeseen subsurface conditions, buried utilities, unsuitable soil, or hidden existing structures may require a written change order before work continues.
5. Scheduling and Weather
Concrete work in Western Pennsylvania is weather dependent. We reserve the right to reschedule pours for temperature, precipitation, or ground conditions that would compromise the finished product. Weather delays are not a breach of agreement.
6. Permits and Utility Marking
The property owner is responsible for disclosing known private utilities, septic components, irrigation, and invisible fencing. Ultimate Concrete Service will arrange public utility marking through Pennsylvania 811 as required by law.
7. Concrete Characteristics and Cracking
Concrete is a material that shrinks as it cures and will develop cracks. Control joints are installed to direct cracking. Hairline and control joint cracking is normal and is not a defect. Variation in color, shade, and surface texture is inherent to concrete and to stamped and decorative finishes, and is not a defect.
8. Curing and Customer Responsibility
The customer is responsible for keeping foot traffic, vehicles, pets, and debris off newly placed concrete for the durations specified at the time of the pour. Deicing salts must not be applied to concrete during its first winter.
9. Payment Terms
Deposit, progress, and final payment terms are set out in each written estimate. We accept all major credit cards.
10. Warranty
Workmanship warranty terms are set out in each written estimate. Warranty does not cover damage caused by deicing chemicals, vehicle loads exceeding the design of the slab, ground movement, tree root intrusion, or third party work.
11. Limitation of Liability
Liability is limited to the contract value of the work performed.
12. Website Content

13. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Venue for any dispute is Beaver County, Pennsylvania.
