Ultimate Concrete Service is locally owned and operated by Dave Felouzis. With more than 25 years in the concrete industry, Dave brings a passion for craftsmanship and a commitment to quality to every project he takes on.
Dave's specialty and favorite part of the business is decorative concrete. From stamped concrete and custom finishes to patios, walkways, and outdoor living spaces, he enjoys transforming ordinary areas into beautiful, functional spaces that families can enjoy for years to come. His attention to detail and pride in his work are evident in every project.
As a locally owned family business, Dave believes in treating customers the way he would want to be treated, with honesty, respect, personal service, and quality workmanship.

How We Build For
Western PA Weather
The single biggest difference between concrete that lasts and concrete that fails around here is what happens below the surface and during the first month.
Western Pennsylvania puts concrete through roughly five to fifty freeze and thaw cycles a year. Water works into the surface, freezes, expands, and pushes the concrete apart from the inside. Add road salt in winter and you accelerate the whole process. That is why you see so much spalled, pitted, flaking concrete around Pittsburgh on jobs that were only ten or twelve years old.
Our answer is not complicated, it is just consistent. Excavate to proper depth and compact the sub base. Use air entrained mix. Reinforce appropriately. Cut control joints at the right spacing. Grade so water leaves the slab. Seal when sealing is called for.
Concrete cracks. Every concrete contractor who tells you otherwise is lying to you. The job is controlling where it cracks and keeping water out of it.
